How do you ship your products?
Ground shipping in Domestic USA (not including Alaska and Hawaii) by UPS, or if you have a PO Box, then we can usually ship USPS (United States Postal Service). If you need a gift ASAP, Rush DHL is available. Airmail shipping is available to Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

How soon are the orders processed?
   All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery takes 5 to 10 business days depending on location. Major Holidays can take longer.
